Caring for Others
I’ve been thinking about how important it is to show care to the people around us—friends, family, classmates, or even someone we barely know. Caring doesn’t always mean doing something huge. Sometimes it’s checking in on someone, listening when they need to talk, noticing when they seem off, or offering a small act of kindness that reminds them they’re not alone. These little moments can make a big difference in someone’s day.
I’ve realized that caring for others not only helps them feel supported, but it also strengthens our own sense of connection and purpose. It reminds us that we’re part of something bigger than ourselves. So I wanted to open a conversation about this and hear from others.
How do you show care the people in your life?
What is one small act of kindness that made a difference for you?

What makes a difference for me:
Is a smile.
A hug.
A kind word.
Someone listening.
Making me a cup of tea.
A quiet, and supportive presence.
Someone who turns up for you 💜 💕
