The Advantages Of Mobilization Skills
What are mobilization skills? Mobilization is important to inspire and get one started but also to continue the inspiration and motivation afterwards. At 7 Cups, listeners are helping others and learning about themselves, who they are, and how they can grow. Members are there to learn from the listeners about how to handle situations, coping strategies, mental health symptoms, and the importance of asking for help and taking care of themselves.
The world is very big and ever growing, so people seem small or feel unimportant. At 7 Cups, our job is to make sure everyone’s voice is heard; it matters and is important, deserves help, is handled appropriately, and is addressed accordingly. Members and listeners learn from each other by leading by example, speaking up, trusting, communicating, being worthy, and appreciating. To motivate anyone, they need to know the importance, have confidence, and be ready. Our job is a lot like guidance to help them through their issues.
People come onto 7 Cups with a purpose, usually because they have had a rough past or present and do not foresee a future. They may not have goals for the future, and we are there to help assist them with suggestions on how to move past the trauma and have a good present and a positive future.
The IDG course has helped me learn a few things about myself, how to improve, and how to look forward to the future as I may grow.
