Seeing through thinking : How perspective skills expands potential of life!
The term "prospective" already indicates having different dimensions and angles of people’s minds. Although a set of people can have a similar goal but how they interpret the same scenario is completely different based on their experience of life.

According to me, these are my topmost areas of thinking that solve various problems in life, If we have perspective skills.
🌥️ Active listening : By listening attentively and without interruption. Active listening gives us a perspective of how a person might be feeling in a certain situation. Knowing that gives us the opportunity to find out specific ways of coping.
🌥️ Open mindness: understanding the diversity of human life experience leads
to open mindness. This is a crucial prospective skill to have. Especially to
show empathy and compassion.
🌥️ Conflict resolution : When we understand the different perspectives of people involved in a conflict, it helps us to negotiate and reach a common ground that works for everyone.
To reflect ask yourself these questions

-> In the workplace I had an argument with my colleague about hosting an event on the weekend in the office. We both were not ready for it and we were not reaching to a conclusion.
We both highly prioritized our own tasks at home and thought their side of the task was not as important as my side of the task. Understanding this made us realize that, we can take a shift. Doing it this time will free us next weekend which we can use for ourselves. Eventually one of us was ready to come forward and take the lead.

-> I went to a place for a month. I needed a certain kind of famous woolen sweater. I could not find something I liked in that shop. I was not sure how a shopkeeper would respond If I asked them about another shopkeeper in the town. But it turns out that, they could see I was a tourist and they were willing to help me by telling me the address of other markets in the town.

My recent disagreement that I had with someone was when I told my dad that Starbucks was giving out three dollars drinks and he thought I was saying free instead of three. Which I had to correct him then when I came home my mom said that she heard me say a few Starbucks drink which it wasn't so I had to kept correcting them. If I took out the time for me to talk to them about it I would have asked them why they are saying that word instead of the other word. Since nobody can get anything for free. Finally my dad told my mom how much it was and the disagreement was over.

If I was going to a different country for vacation and I was trying to explore parts of that state I would have to talk to someone who knows where everything is at and how to get there. So I had to go to the person that I saw and asked them the person gave me the address and told me how to get there. I told the person that he, they, or she is lieing to me and that they didn't know where it was. But I didn't know where I was going as well so I decided to listen to the person. After interacting with them I realized that I have to trust people and know what's right or wrong.
