I am sorry to hear that Sally is so rude to you! It sounds so overwhelming to have a voice say horrible things to you and lead you to SHing. It sounds like when this happens that it can be difficult to do anything else. I understand that sometimes it can be hard to avoid SHing completely, so I think that this thread would be important for you to read about causing least amount of harm when you do SH.

@BurningEmber I had a meeting at my school yesterday and they expelled me 😭 my deputy was literally crying lol (I'm her favourite) But she said I can call her whenever I want :D and I'm going to this like behaviour school... And she said She and my (Ex) principle can take a photo together and I can use it as my Fb pp lol. I'll do that in a few months aha
