I sometimes resent my family for keeping me alive.
I can never follow my own advice. No matter how easy or helpful it is.
Tomorrow I need to go and see my therapist, and I know there is something I should (need) to put my foot dow about, but I feel so ashamed, guilty, disgusting, pathetic.... And I am scared to death that she (and my doctor) is not gonna take me seriously.
I don't understand how people do this, deal with "professionals" who are supposed to know better than you and in the end decide about what happens with your treatment.
I crave sexuall desires from any and everyone and I want to run far away
I am uncomfortable when conversing with family and friends which puts strain on relationships. I come across rude and pretentious which drives people away. It's slowly driving me into depression.
I can have a lame, one night stand with someone I don't know, but when it comes to having sex with a guy I like, I freak out and bail.
I cant see straight. Have to click certain spots, have to wash my hands for twenty seconds. Have to use 7 pieces... no 8, no 14. I'm sorry I didn't pray. I don't want to pray. I hate you all, I will never trust you. Everyone is gone. I'll always apologize. BREAK ALREADY.
I want to be used again
I'm stressed and I don't know how to deal with it, my hairs falling out and I'm thinking about smoking
@courteousBranch2809 There are lots of healthy ways to deal with stress. One that works for me is meditation. I conciously relax my body and breathe in for 8 seconds, hold for 8 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds until I feel calmer. Sometimes my thoughts continue to race and I have to gently push myself to quiet my mind and asure myself that everything is okay and that I am okay. Something else that helps me manage stress is planning. I literally plan every day out by the hour, which might seem excessive, but it gives me peace of mind and helps me to get everything done. It also helps me to budget time for stress-releiving things like full nights of sleep and free time. There are tons of other things you could do, too, such as exercise, play videogames, spend time with friends. I don't reccommend smoking. I actually started smoking for a couple months and it really is more trouble than it is worth. Aside from the fact that its harmful to your health, smoking is expensive and illegal in many places. It stressed me out more just having to find a place to light up and hiding cigarettes from my parents. I learned that lesson.
I'm successful professionally but I feel so much pressure to perform I want to destroy my career.
acknowledging that just made me super anxious like I can't breathe
My family would go back to having nothing, we'd live on the street and die.
I don't feel like I love my children the way I used too. I love them to death and there my entire life but depression has changed the way I feel.
Be proud of yourself for giving your children all the love your capable of. Don't beat yourself up because your suffering from depression. x
