Educational Qualification isnt enough to know if that person has higher moral values...
I grew up in a family where I saw people judging others by their certificates, educational qualifications, and job status more than by their physical appearance. So, naturally, the first thing I assumed and grew up believing was that the more educated a person was, or the more certificates they held, the better a "human being" they were.
So, I always used to try to befriend people who had good grades, came from good educational backgrounds or prestigious institutions, and so forth.
But when I got to know those people better, I found out that most of them horribly lacked moral values. Most of their behaviour was something like this: for their own benefit, they wouldn't even consider other people's well-being. They were so consumed by their worldly affairs that they seemed to forget that there was something called the afterlife, or even karma.
Anyway, when I got sick and tired of those people, I tried befriending people who seemed wise but didn't have strong or higher educational backgrounds. But what did I find out? There are cruel, selfish, and extremely insensitive people among them, too. People who can act nice and humble towards others but can be so damned cruel when they want to gain something from them.
Honestly, I explored a lot. I used to talk to almost every kind of human being. I always wanted to learn and grow. I wanted good, wise people around me who could guide me towards becoming a better human being. The only thing I ever wanted and still wants to be so badly is a Good Human. I never cared that much about obtaining higher degrees or certificates though I love reading and learning a lot. Maybe because one thing about human beings that has always fascinated me is their character.
I immediately get attracted to people who has strong moral values, good character, kind and empathetic and wise. Because I believe that a person builds their own character. Everything else is God-given, but the character a person possesses is their own choice and creation.
I am not saying I have never met any good human beings. I have. But I am now in my 30s, and if there is one thing I have surrendered myself to believing, it is that we can never expect genuinely good "human beings" to enter our lives unless God Himself chooses to send them.
We can never judge a person completely. Character is perhaps the one thing people can fake the most, depending on their needs.
We simply need to be lucky enough to have good, kind-hearted, and genuine people in our lives.
So when someone says, "I chose the right person for me," I just want to tell them... You didn't, honey. It was simply your luck.
We humans are still not lucky enough to be able to see through other people's hearts and minds. So, if something good has happened to you, you simply need to be grateful.
Or, if you are like me, someone who always ends up meeting the wrong people (as if God wants to teach you a new lesson about bad human beings every time, just to show you the countless varieties of human cruelty and remind you why you shouldn't trust anyone with your whole being), you should simply learn to own your solitude and live through it.
This is just the only way...
Of course, all of this is based solely on my own experiences.
But yeah... At this point, I feel it's safer to live that way....

Yes, finding good, genuine people is quite random.
We just have to meet people and hope for the best..
I have met good people with educations and bad people with educations. There's so many different people out there. 🌲
@AsherTree exactly! And this thing really become a problem when a person has tendency to depend on people too much.... Homo sapiens are too complex creatures truly... The more I learn about human psychology more I feel like why Even I am dragging my self into this blackhole? Is there any perfect definition to generalize all human nature? Nope... Everyone is so different... Everyones mind works so differently.... Everytime people can make us surprise when they explain the behind thoughts of their actions.....
I end up saying... Who would even thought one can think that way!!!😓😓
@SoulfulSong09
I loved your post Soulful.. it was amazing hearing about how you theorized people in such detail..
I wish people were much easier to compartmentalize..
Life would be so much easier if we could.
I'm proud of you for trying so hard to truly see through the randomness of humans..🌲
@AsherTree
Aw..thanks so much for your kind and loving appreciation Tree...😊
Yes, life would really be easy if there wouldn’t be too much shades in people... Black, white or even gray is understandable and assumable. But people have so many shades that one cant even name the shade till they experience it first-hand!
Its making life horribly difficult... But yeah.. I am really trying to simplify things.. So I would suffer less... And sharing my thoughts here with the expectation that if my experience helps anyone anyway...i will be glad..😊
@SoulfulSong09
Your doing great Soulful! Your making the forums very interesting!
In any event we're just gonna have to settle for hoping to meet the great people hidden in the shadows of society..
Disappointment is part of the process unfortunately..
And not only that, i've Disappointed people as well, I have to own up to my own failures as well.. 🌲
@AsherTree... :D thanks dear..!
and yeah... I really hope so. and ofc we have flaws too and we should work on our own failures first and foremost as we have to live with our own selves till death. Its crucial to work on our psychological development coz its really give us that freedom to live this life in a real manner...
I hope to grow and keep working on my self to becoming a better human.
And best wishes for you too.... as you shared before, you are also working on yourself to make things better...so for that, sending you more strength, hope, light and prayers... keep going :)
