Educational Qualification isnt enough to know if that person has higher moral values...

...See more I grew up in a family where I saw people judging others by their certificates, educational qualifications, and job status more than by their physical appearance. So, naturally, the first thing I assumed and grew up believing was that the more educated a person was, or the more certificates they held, the better a "human being" they were. So, I always used to try to befriend people who had good grades, came from good educational backgrounds or prestigious institutions, and so forth. But when I got to know those people better, I found out that most of them horribly lacked moral values.  Most of their behaviour was something like this: for their own benefit, they wouldn't even consider other people's well-being. They were so consumed by their worldly affairs that they seemed to forget that there was something called the afterlife, or even karma. Anyway, when I got sick and tired of those people, I tried befriending people who seemed wise but didn't have strong or higher educational backgrounds. But what did I find out? There are cruel, selfish, and extremely insensitive people among them, too. People who can act nice and humble towards others but can be so damned cruel when they want to gain something from them. Honestly, I explored a lot. I used to talk to almost every kind of human being. I always wanted to learn and grow. I wanted good, wise people around me who could guide me towards becoming a better human being. The only thing I ever wanted and still wants to be so badly is a Good Human. I never cared that much about obtaining higher degrees or certificates though I love reading and learning a lot. Maybe because one thing about human beings that has always fascinated me is their character. I immediately get attracted to people who has strong moral values, good character, kind and empathetic and wise. Because I believe that a person builds their own character. Everything else is God-given, but the character a person possesses is their own choice and creation. I am not saying I have never met any good human beings. I have. But I am now in my 30s, and if there is one thing I have surrendered myself to believing, it is that we can never expect genuinely good "human beings" to enter our lives unless God Himself chooses to send them. We can never judge a person completely. Character is perhaps the one thing people can fake the most, depending on their needs. We simply need to be lucky enough to have good, kind-hearted, and genuine people in our lives. So when someone says, "I chose the right person for me," I just want to tell them... You didn't, honey. It was simply your luck. We humans are still not lucky enough to be able to see through other people's hearts and minds. So, if something good has happened to you, you simply need to be grateful. Or, if you are like me, someone who always ends up meeting the wrong people (as if God wants to teach you a new lesson about bad human beings every time, just to show you the countless varieties of human cruelty and remind you why you shouldn't trust anyone with your whole being), you should simply learn to own your solitude and live through it. This is just the only way... Of course, all of this is based solely on my own experiences. But yeah... At this point, I feel it's safer to live that way....

People who actually can lose weight and keep it off, can win everything in life? How? Why?

...See more What does it take to lose those stubborn extra pounds that are making you unhealthy day by day?   --A well-planned routine and consistency!   That's it! Yes, just these two things!   But the question is: Is it easy to do these things?   The answer is NO! Of course not! It's damn difficult! Otherwise, everyone would have done it by now!   So why are we failing?  Because not all of us are strong enough to fight our own demons!   The cravings, the health struggles, the peer pressure—whatever it is that pushes us to decide to "give up"—it's not easy to fight those...    It's not easy, yes. But it's certainly possible!   And anyone who can achieve their goal weight through patience and consistency and then maintained the weight over time has already developed a mindset that can help them win at almost anything in life.   How?   Because losing weight in a healthy, sustainable way can take at least 3–6 months, and for some people, it may take 1–2 years or even longer.   And if someone can stay consistent with something for 3–6 months, it can start becoming part of their lifestyle. You get me?   You become the person who can fight their own mind when it pushes you to indulge in something that isn't good for you.   You become someone who shows up even when things don't seem easy or supportive. Someone who chooses themselves, again and again.   You become mentally stronger and more disciplined, and that skill can help you achieve so much more in life.   Because to win at anything, all we need is discipline, hard work, patience, and consistency.   And the cherry on top?   You end up developing self-confidence so strong that you begin to understand just how far you can go to achieve your goals. You learn to depend on yourself and trust yourself more than anyone in life   It's amazing how building a healthy body can become the first step toward building a stronger mind and creating a better life.   I wish the world had taught us this sooner...

...See more Today, I came across something beautiful that I wanted to keep: “Take care of your body, because that’s where your soul lives.” And honestly, it’s deeper than it sounds. Think about it. When we live in a messy, dirty, and unhealthy home, it inevitably affects our well-being, our productivity, our peace of mind, and eventually, our overall quality of life. A chaotic environment can slowly drain us, even when we don’t realize it. Now, imagine treating our own bodies the same way. If our body is our soul’s home, what happens when we neglect it? When we keep it unhealthy, exhaust it, feed it poorly, deprive it of proper rest, and fail to maintain it the way it deserves? How can we expect our soul to thrive in a body that we constantly mistreat? Of course, the consequences will eventually show. Our energy, our mindset, our emotional well-being, and even the way we experience life can be affected by how we treat ourselves. It’s so important to love our bodies, respect their needs, and take proper care of them. Not out of vanity, not merely to look good, but because our body is the only thing we carry with us till death. Thats why taking care of our bodies shouldn’t be a hobby, a temporary resolution, or something we do only when we feel like it. It should be a way of life. As natural and essential as breathing. Because Our soul deserves a beautiful, healthy and happy Home too...❤️

...See more I found out from my previous mistakes that the 1st thing which comes in my way of growth is always my inability to control my emotions when I am too sad or too happy. I get triggered by every little disturbing behaviours of others.  It badly effects my process. I get stuck and my mind keep replay the triggered moments and those kills my motivation to move forward.  And I also learned that, I can Only focus when I stay alone and busy with anything productive. When I consciously block disturbing people from my way and endure the pain of loneliness... The noice fades. My focus improves.  So, for 21 days I wish to act on everyday of time consciously, calculatedly and will keep those hurtful bothersome people blocked and avoid them with all my might.  I wasnt very good at doing it before cause I used to feel guilty. I used to think they might will need my presence and though they hurt I shouldnt cut them off completely...but now, it seems I have to. Cause I accepted I am the problem here. I am weak. And its my job to make my self emotionally and physically stronger....  Hope to win...

...See more I am suffering with many chronic health issues. Been a while. I get better sometimes and then drop to level zero Again. My main health issue right now is I am almost 15 kilo overweight and my relationship with food.  I am a emotional eater. I eat my emotion to survive. I am a single women in her late thirties.  Been single most of the time of my life and it was hard. So I used food as my painkiller. And now, I am really tired of Being my this self.  Its not like I never tried to change my self. But always tried it in a wrong way and mostly to impress others.  But now I really wanna do it for my self. And I dont wanna rush it. I wanna give my self 3 month of consistency in clean eating. After that i wanna start strength training.  Good plan right? But problem is I am a very impatient person. And I give up easily. I am too weak in emotion management. I get triggered in every little disappointments and start eating junks.   But this time I dont wanna fail. I wanna be Patient.  October was a rollercoaster ride...  But still some days i have got here. And then November & December.  I hope to win.  I feel If I can fix my health in a really healthy manner I can handle other hardships of my life perfectly as well.  So, Dear Self...  I love you, I am with you... Go for it... Give it your best🔥
