Feeling Angry or Grumpy? Share your frustrations!! Let it out!
Grumpy because I woke up on a stressed out mood. No good reason. Just feeling on edge. Only problem for the day is being short handed at work. Been there done that. Its not that big of a deal. Just work harder and a little longer. Even my dream I woke up from was stressful. Because I couldn't fix the problem. Need to find an activity that I can look forward too and get joy out of.
Yes I'm angry every week my husband we're not together right now he goes out of town he messaged me like you want to be nice and then he starts in on me and I fall for it every time I want to change that right now right now it's my day my week I don't even to talk about him or think about him
@1BRAVEWOMAN
dont be so hard on yourself. When we love or care for someone it can be very easy to "fall for it every time" because we're trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. All that means is that you are a kind and loving person. If he takes advantage of that, that's on him.
I hope things start looking up for you.
I feel so angry about political situation, nazies and fascism.
Desperately hoping today is better than recent times have been for me. Feels like the noose is getting tighter no matter what the hell I do anymore. The actions of those around me, and the lack of remorse from them, is draining me more and more each day. Regardless of whether or not they're still around, they still have that hold on me. Pathetic, I know.
I want to take classes but my mom keeps making excuses i fake smile but i'm pissed off😤

Feeling misjudged, unfair, depressed
I try hard to fight my depression, but feel like most of the time it gets thrown back in my face due to bad luck.
@oliveAvocado3142
I understand that feeling! It's like everything in the universe is conspiring against you. When I'm feeling like that, it helps to make a list of everything that is bothering me. I categorize it into things I can change and things I have no control over. If I can change it, I try my best to better the situation. If it's something I have no control over, I try to accept it for what it is. Easier said than done, I know, but the logical thinking process helps me to calm down and see things clearer. Hope this helps!
@dmcarr Thanks for sharing, yes you did help me actually, writing stuff down can be very beneficial as it is a way of processing and deaing with our thoughts. I have a book and I write stuff in it like stuff I have to look forward to, achievements I have made etc. I have benefited a lot from Counceling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in the past.
