7 months ago I stopped therapy. 4 months ago I stopped my meds. 1 week ago I was on the ground crying because I had failed. 1 day I met my new therapist. 1 hour ago my psychiatrist welcomed me back with open arms.

@shyPine4152 - I'm very sorry to hear that you had such a rough time. But I'm very happy to hear that you found a new therapist and that your psychiatrist welcomed you back. It can be hard to admit that you need things like therapists, doctors, medication. Well done to you for having the courage to start again.
