My Healing diary
Dear log:
I was hurt by someone who I thought I was my friend about 6 years ago when she decided to dump me out of the clear blue. It was like she flipped a switch and went from being friendly to being snide and very callous. To make it worse, she said nasty things to me 5 years ago after I had tried to win her back. Though it was depressing for the first few days, it soon turned into anger. Things were so bad that I had gone through three therapists. Two of which washed their hands of the situation and would not let me work through it with then. While the other was a bit more understanding and helped me process it. However, I am currently riding it out with a fourth therapist who has been the most supportive.
Though I am moving on with my life and I have met some real friends, I still have my moments where I can't help but feel angry with this person. Why? She did a good job of damaging my psyche as well as betray me. She had also said something to me that she didn't mean. " I love you like a sister,"
