I'm glad you like the idea! I was looking through the forums and noticed that there wasn't really anything promoting prayer. So, I figured it was time for that to change lol

If anyone is interested, I would be happy to do an online seminar on meditation for beginners.

I'm interested. I have trouble relaxing enough and letting my mind go free
