The void box
My first time writing in this community. I am feeling better today than others. I just had a bunch of random thoughts, some random memories, and others were nostalgic while others seem had an "annoyed" vibe. Just alot of different thoughts today. You ever feel that way? I figure I may be bipolar, but I still need to ask my doctor that. I still do not know. Maybe it could just be hormones or what I ate. If you are reading this and are actually bipolar, do you understand what I mentioned?
How to deal with people who get on your nerves:
- Ignore them. They hate this. Chances are, they will gossip, but its okay, because they will never change. And that is out of your control. At least you have your truth, and you know your reasons, keep those reasons. And let them transform your soul into a wise witness of war and love.
- They are not mature, and you should know that. Whatever they choose to do in spite, will only hurt you if you let it. The good thing is, they know they are wrong, and they never learned how to compromise from how they made you feel. So let them be. As for you, continue to grow and soar in ways they will never understand for as long as they choose to be selfish and narcissistic :)
- If you live with them or close to them, keep an eye out, but remember to keep your distance because they are not worth your energy or time. You have yourself to work on! Dont let them distract you...
- I know its hard... But trust me sweetie, as long as you never give up, the people who sabotage your sensitivity will always lose somehow. Just remember, they are not in your control. You must focus on your future. Remember the better joys over the little annoyances. Live and let live.
- There are good people out there too. Please remember them and that they are willing to help you, too. Reach out to someone you trust. You will feel better.
- Don't feel like a failure just because they know how to shame you. You are sensitive in nature and people like them never learned how to be as down to earth as you are. I know the world can be cold and I know that this might making you feel crazy. Youre crazy for feeling. You are not crazy for being human. God has better plans for you if youre willing to take that leap. Be more kind to yourself. And drink some water, eat lunch, don't skip meals.
- In the end, they do things in spite to get your attention. Never fall for that, and just know that they are either sociopaths or narcissistic or both (?). Did you know that sociopaths also have narcissistic traits. They are a distraction. If they DID care, they would make up for it. Do not be fooled either. You go through this once, you get stronger.
- Pick your battles.
- Educate yourself (like how you might be reading this)
- Keep learning and keep making goals, even if they are small, just never stop being their for yourself. Then maybe one day, you can be there for someone else. Ok?
🫀
(This is more so for me though, with the hopes that this could somehow make someone else feel less alone or anything.)
Today is a good day. Not having to deal with bad energy is like a breath of fresh air. I cooked naan bread and it wasn't a fail this time, AND it taste good. I heard someone playing nice music. A kitty visited when I had the screen door open. And I got to sell something on Mercari 😅... I love day like this and I know I will miss it if I have another bad day, but I am cherishing this day. Last night I was not good, but I prayed, and today I am good. I hear thunder in the distance so it seems like the nice weather will be gone soon, but itll be fine. I am getting use to the weather here. Beautifully.

QotD: Have you had good days that were just too good to be true, that it made you smile?
From a dialogue in the past:
If they think you are crazy for believing in whatever you believe in, then they have not lived through your eyes. If it take two to understand, then why am I not being met half way? That is called respect. But some social norms keep us from respecting everybody for certain reasons. Which is okay. But if someone is drowning and yelling for help and you just toss a pool noodle 20ft away from where they are... you really expect them to swim that far? School taught us to be logical, but now we must be both logical and human. You cant say that "it is all in my head". Do you understand how that makes a person feel alone? Sometimes people need someone who is real.
When you get help, and you talk to someone, how do they help you? Do you think they're actually helping you? Like... What does help even sound like? Because I talk about things I don't seem to feel better because I just feel dismissed. Maybe I am not being specific enough or clear? I do not know, but help is supposed to make you feel relieved... right? Or maybe sometimes it does not, and just feels like being scolded... I dont know.
Whenever I get this feeling that I am being watched, I am not actually being watched but possibly the person also just has a "feeling" or something. I wonder if this is like an empath, where they say they trust their feeling and they are usually right? Idk but if anything this is what I learned. What you think of someone matters just as much as what you say out loud. Because our words are made from our minds and people should realize that the saying, "words are powerful" actually has its significance. It because what we believe that fills the air. I know I am being corny and dramatic but hey... Once we have a different mindset, to me personally, everything starts to feel different.
QotD: Have you thought of someone then suddenly running into them or hearing from them shortly after?
Boundaries are important. They keep you in a safe mental state, it inhibits miscommunication, and it keeps everyone safe. But when their are no boundaries, then relationships can be cumbersome. If you do not know how to communicate then communicating boundaries will feel hard, which often leads to unwanted frustrations and most likely they would be made up in our own heads if we think too too much about it. In the end, without boundaries, relationships are sparse and then what else is there to life?
When we communicate our boundaries we must be clear about what we need and do not need. Having boundaries also keeps a relationship from becoming toxic. They give a person the freedom to speak up for themselves and show others "this is who I am". Boundaries are clear and firm; adaptable and reasonable; necessary and appropriate in any relation ship. Whether if you are student and teacher, boss and worker, husband and wife, friends; speaking about certain beliefs and values, sexuality, ethnicity, race, culture. When you talk boundaries, you should not feel afraid because boundaries are supposed to protect us and keep us safe from feeling anxious and afraid and allows us to be our true independent selves.
I just relearned that today. Whatever topic you guys are talking about just remember this and live a happy life.

QotD: what makes you feel confident?
when you love someone... you realize all those times when you wished you were home from work didn't matter. Because now what matters is when your other half comes home. Time moves slow, the heart still beats.
I really miss my bf even though he will be here in about two hours. And when I say miss, I mean, I want to hug him and be held by him again. He is the only person here for me. My family is far away and extended family is on the other half of the globe. I feel very emotional again. Tbh (and sorry if this is tmi but) I probably feel this way because Im on my period. Of course emotions are mixing and meshing right now. But still, should that be an excuse? I dont think it should. These emotions feel real.
Once he gets home he would probably be too tired anyway. I wish he could hug me just the same. I want him to see that I am baby, basically (sorry). The more I think about this, I feel more sad and emotional, like I want to cry but I cant. Its not just my honey though.. I miss my mom's hugs.. I miss warm foods my grandma makes.. I miss my old cat who got lost.. I honestly feel like SpongeBob in that one episode where he tries to act grown.
