@worryBear

It sounds like you are feeling very sad and overwhelmed. It's okay to cry and let your emotions out, as it can be a healthy way to release the stress and tension you may be feeling.

Remember that it's okay to not be okay, and to reach out for support when you need it. Whether it's talking to a friend, family member, or mental health professional, there are people who care and want to help you through this difficult time.

Take care of yourself and try to engage in self-care activities that bring you comfort and relaxation, such as taking a warm bath, listening to calming music, or practicing mindfulness and meditation. Remember that you are not alone, and there is hope for a brighter tomorrow.☺️

I woke up and my eyes are 'swollen' and puffy. Damn. This morning around 11 am, my mom asked why my eyes look swollen looks like I'm just finished crying. It's impossible to see cos it was last night though, but still can be seen through video call

@worryBear

I cry myself to sleep every night. I usually cry at the bathroom at school at least three or four time per week. Sometimes I have mini panic attacks cuz I cry so much. It’s sad because no one knows about it at all 😢.
