This site is a distraction if I pitch hopes on listeners, *DA has always been a distraction w/it's art sure, but it's suffered since the shift to the 'Eclipse' interface, even when it comes to searching and search results, I swear =_=
*Pinterest is starting to look good to me for art, at long last.
On psychforum 'you better know what you're doing' since there is no 'take backs' to edit and expecting it to appear can take a while. Expect even less attention over there if that's what you seek for whatever reason.
That being said about how I'm going to use my drawing pad paper.. I think I will be less reluctant to depict 'what is ugly'.. the sorts of things which agitate my mind ceaselessly but for which I have I don't have the skill to depict with representational realism nor does it really deserve that kind of investment. The elusive on and off , hit and miss, hit and run, intense unpredictability of the voices of of scenarios including harassers past in this ugly situation or a city I live in.
D--n didn't need that 'Financial Post' article to validate the sentiment nor see the local Reddit reaction to it.

Chess has a grueling learning curve
There have been instances where I make notes beforehand of what I'm going to say to a counselor, a week or so ahead so as to not leave my thoughts ungathered.. ._. I dread, I won't do that this time since gathering the thoughts will build up self-pressure and frustration, obsession etc.

I'm sensing too things
(i) the need for something sating*
*like maybe something as protein high as a hardboiled egg
and (ii) ..maybe even if it wasn't summer..something w/a lot of water content which isn't just water..
the craving for hydrating lingers even after water, ice or not imo..a whole bunch of fruits..preferably 'prunus' genus fruits (peaches, nectarines, apricots..even cherries and almonds are included) over citrus ones b/c I don't seek to be left hyped on an overpowering sweet taste, acidic or not..pears w/just the right levels of firmness would be nice.
Goodness knows how expensive a basketful of strawberries and blackberries would be.
Carrot juice is nice in how it's the sating heaviness typical of vegatables but w/a distinct sweetness and colour--the privilege of access to the Bolthouse brand and the drag that is procuring micronutrient sources.
D--n how eating healthy is expensive.
