My type of personality is based on freedom and free thinking...we reject authority since all of us are equal, I accept knowledge and wisdom but never authority from a person or masses...

We can never be manipulated because we think with our own minds...we can be benders ourselves if we want but we chose not to...

My type of personality are those who were not afraid to raise their finger...

Lonely, yes, because we never flow with the masses and are unpopular since we speak our own minds...

I have a few curiousities for you.

I believe that we as a social species have made advancements because we group our intelligence together through both the present and through generations-- Which advancements are decidedly good or bad is based on your own subjective opinion (often with objective aspects), of course.

Through these socially intelligent bonds we've faced the tests of time.

Are there not more instances of collective opinions in history that have changed it on the whole for the better?

Is it not another type of social mass that rejects wearing masks? As done in 1918 as well during the Spanish flu pandemic?

It is my idea that people are multifaceted in their intelligences. I find that I used to be quite wrong about making judgements on an entire person based on one conflicting belief I've personally carried. I used to be heavily swayed by black and white thinking alongside the middle ground fallacy.

I would like to know your opinion on these if you could.

If you only quote or read, you will never have time to make your own quotes or write your own books...

That is why I never joined the army or submotted myself to any religion, because I will never fall in line, never follow orders, never submit, never be someones puppet, I will think and decide for myself thank you and forever be a free spirit...

Interesting.

While there are people who take advantage of groups of people, I think there are still more examples of good in our progression-- as there have been people who take advantage throughout history (much farther back than contemporary) yet we progress and improve.

I think when it comes to quotes and the ideas of others, we are always influenced. If we feel not, then on a subconcious level. One has the time and conciousness to both think and evaluate what we read to make our own decisions. Listening to the thoughts of others is just as valid as our own perceptions of our experiences and the data we recieve/review. I think that sense of self is an illusion that changes with time as we're all a collection of our human experiences and improvements.

To be open to other ideas is how we form our own agreements and disagreements, would you agree? Just as we collectively learn, research, and grow.

I am both the characters in "flight over a cuckoo's nest", if I chose lobotomy or busting through the grilled window, I chose never to succumb to the system nomatter how many electrocutions they gave me in "theraeutic helping" discipline...

I think you both make good points but don't really seem to be responding directly to each other. The way I interpreted both of your responses, it felt like you were talking about different things. I interpret one argument as a rejection of typical authority (albeit I disagree with some of the specifics such as wearing masks, but as a whole am not a fan of things like the military or religion which attempt to impose right/wrong and power hierarchies based on submission). It seems like fleeting bird song was talking more about how we all have important things to contribute to society, and it is worth listening to one another though ideas may differ, because there is no black/white thinking. I think both of you actually argue against black & white thinking. Interesting read!
