Thunderbolts movie *BEWARE SPOILERS*

So if you've seen me around on here you'll know i'm Alec. I put the occasional post up.

I have raging autism and one thing this causes is a hyper-fixation on specific things. I also have no friends so today i'm gonna ramble on about the new marvel movie Thunderbolts. So beware, there will be spoilers.

I watched this a couple months ago, but I keep continually seeing edits of it on tik tok. They are somehow more captivating than the actual movie. Which, if you're depressed, I don't recommend watching in a cinema as I almost cried.

The beginning, crazy! I thought it was about to be like the uh kinda thing where they start at the end then go back to the beginning. Like, what an intense way to start the movie. I love that though, like they skipped all the *** and got straight to it.

Of course the movie still had its action, which again amazing. The actors did a fantastic job! However, I love how well it explained the feeling of idek. Depression? Loneliness, emptiness. Just overall pain that everyone (maybe everyone) experiences at least once in their life, even if it's fleeting.

For me it's not, it's something I feel day in and day out, even if it's not at the forefront on my mind it's there. The fun of depression. However, I really resonated with the movie. It managed to put the feeling into words that actually make sense.

Crazy for cinema! Especially marvel. I do miss Stan Lee, and I do prefer old marvel to new however, this movie is a stand out for me personally. Anyways, we see how obviously the superheros struggle in their past lives. However, I feel like the only movies that genuinely go into the nitty gritty feelings are iron man and thunderbolts.

YES the others have their moments! Yes they can be extremely sad but it's more trauma stuff, not mental health issues. We see iron man struggle with anxiety in Iron man 3, and then obviously thunderbolts is all about depression and loneliness.

Thunderbolts showed their darkest moments but also the time where it started. This slow downfall into this never ending feeling of despair. Yelena's was when she betrayed her friend. That was her set of point, the moment that was a catalyst for these feelings. Bob's was his parents.

Now i've watched a lot of movies ranging from action to k-dramas. This is the one movie where I can truly say that I felt understood. Like someone read my mind and put it all into words and made something beautiful of it. Because yes, the movie is beautiful.

Movies are a form of art, no one seems to recognise that. Everything shown, every emotion portrayed is art. It can be criticised or praised, like any other form of art.

So yeah. Loved the movie. Bahha my social battery has died now sorry!
