Too many to talk about

I tried to address my trauma issues but it's been too much. I'm supposed to take a trauma and discuss it, but I've survived many traumatic situations. My mind swims in circles when it says identify your trauma. Yea ok. Which one?

@toughTiger6481 maybe in groups of tens, but that's not really dealing with them. It would take plenty time to identify each individually. I try and focus on just one but it becomes overwhelming. Should I start with the earliest, the latest, the greatest, the ones I never talked about, or the ones I can't get over? smh. I just don't know where to begin.

Like any mountain climbing it takes the first step.  I find when i try to decide which one or such i get very little done in any project i need to dive right in.  when i do that sometimes others are dealt with  as I go even if they were not  on my list but the situation popped up to deal with them.

Most people do things differently some like to get easier things out of the way while others want to tackle the biggest most complicated item first.    procrastination over figuring out which step to take is often what keeps us from dealing with things.
