Trigger my depression with unexpected I see.

Dear: Diary

Now tonight my depression trigger again. Because due to see my former school experience pinning ceremony to become intern teacher, that I never experienced due the discrimination of my mental health problem.

Now I feel numb and I can't focus to practice my violin. Flashback my mind due bad experience due the mental health problem discrimination.

I never forgot that my music professor and music chairperson did to me not including pinning ceremony for teaching due my mental health problem.

For me that's traumatic to me as having diagnosed of mild depression.

My mood now: 😭😶‍🌫️🧐😤⚡💢
