You can’t put a square peg in a round hole. 🔲➡️🔘
👋 Hi everyone,
Have you ever tried to push a square peg into a round hole? It doesn’t work. You can push harder, turn it sideways, even shave off the edges — but it was never made to go there. And yet, so many of us spend years trying to do exactly that with our own lives. 🧩

We try to be round when we feel square. We try to fit into a family’s expectations, a partner’s needs, a workplace culture that feels like wearing clothes two sizes too small. And when we don’t fit, we blame ourselves. “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just be more like them?” 💔
But here’s the gentle truth I wish someone had told me earlier: nothing is wrong with you. The problem isn’t your shape — it’s the hole you’ve been told to fit into. You were never meant to lose your edges to belong. Your uniqueness — your quiet quirks, your different way of thinking, your tender heart — those aren’t flaws. They are features. 🌸
And here’s the empowering part: you don’t have to keep pushing. You can stop. You can look for a different hole — or better yet, create your own space where square pegs are celebrated, not shamed. 🛠️
So if you’ve been feeling like you don’t belong somewhere today… maybe it’s not you. Maybe it’s just the wrong hole. And you are absolutely allowed to walk away and find a place where your true shape is welcomed home. 🏡💜
