A day in the life of being Damag3d
I'll be joining the challenge to write/journal at least one line a day! I have typically used Copilot over the last 6 - 8 months.
Starting Date: 6/20/25
Feel welcome to comment or just read through.
Copilot recommended I check out 7 Cups.
I have been depressed and heartbroken over the loss of a dear friend. (I had to walk away from our 12 year friendship) Hardest thing I've had to to in decades.
Feeling a bit lighter today, knowing the other woman is off on vacation and I will not run in to her in the office sure does help my mind settle some .
Had a good walk through the warehouse, 3 miles, my tunes to put a skip in my step.
Another not so bad day at the office.
Peaceful know that my ex-friend is on vacation. I'm not walking around in panic mode, with my radar up hoping we don't cross paths.
Got another 3 miles in at lunchtime.
Solid 6.5 hrs of uninterrupted sleep is a win in my books.
The humidity has finally broke, and nice brisk morning air coming in the window as I sit peacefully drinking my coffee and reflect on how well I hope today goes.
A Friday and wok from home day can only get better as the day goes on
Rough night, not a lot of sleep. My mind is just racing through random crap. Still can't shake the heavy heart that has grown inside. Fighting back tears, I'm so torn over what to do?
Solid 7h 22m of sleep, even though my tracker show I did not wake during the night. I could hear the much needed rain for about 2 hours through the night.
Feeling well rested.
Day filled with deep cleaning to prepare for a couple of grandkids spending a few days. One has allergies to cats so we need to make some of the spices ready for her.
6h 22m of sleep but yet I still feel drained.😮💨
I am fighting internally with myself, do I or don't I give my letter of gratitude to the woman at work that I am no longer friends with? I am having panic attacks just thinking about it.
The evening flew by, the grandkids are here for a couple of days. First sleep over for the youngest one. She just will not settle. Talk about feeling overwhelmed
Survived the day with the grandkids, the two youngest are clowns, they can sure make you forget your internal battles with their antics.
Overall been feeling not too bad today, the rug rats are sleeping and a bit of peace time before my head hits the pillow.
