@Heather225 Hey Heather! I see in the training and certifications window there's now one for Leadership Development. I've done all the activities, and submitted all the forms, but they're still greyed out. How do we get the nice green checkmarks for that? (Thank you for adding those, BTW!)

I'm starting with Course 3 and I didn't yet understand how to find a leadership role (which is a requirement to graduate). I expressed my interest in Heather's Roles and Tracks related post that I wanna be a Quality Mentor. Also I applied to be in Safety Patrol team using a link shared by Gracey. But no response yet. I'm not sure how to find a role, do I need to apply through some form?

Hey! Good questions. To apply for roles, yes you need to have the links to the application form. It sounds like you've done the right thing by applying for Safety Patrol. Thanks a lot Rebecca. I have 3 more questions now.
1) I realized I had two criteria to still work on to apply for the Quality Mentor role. One of them is completing 30+ training guides but it says I can finish them within 1 month of getting the role as well, so it's ok for me. But the other criteria says I need all 4 AL badges to apply for this role. I currently have 3 of them and just now submitted my test response for AL4. The badges take some time to be allotted. So may I still apply for this role while wating for AL4 badge? Kindly suggest.
2) I didn't find a post on this LDP Resource Center forum for Quality Mentor role. I can see ones for peer supporter and forum supporter, they are headlined as "apply for .... role here". But nothing of the sort for Quality Mentor role. Is it closed for now?
3) Does being part of content writing team count as holding a role or is it just a project?

I had Hanna as my LDP mentor, but could not reach her for some time, Later I knew she is taking a break.
So I come to you.
My question is that, as required by the LDP, I have applied to the "role" I most wanted, and I have been accepted. What meant a great responsibility, new materials to read, and more work. I am Forum Supporter in charge of the "Domestic Abuse and Child Abuse" forum and other forums within the Trauma Community. As you might imagine, I can't take it lightly. It stresses me a bit while I'm "learning the ropes". In consequence, my learning pace at the LDP has dropped drastically, and I am beginning to fear I might not make it to the LDP deadline. So my question is, would I lose all the LDP "course badges" I might have gained at deadline time ? Would I have to pass all the tests again in a new LDP course ? Or just the one(s) I could not pass at the current LDP deadline ?
