Kindness Is the Message

I came back alive, and I want to say this honestly.
As long as you may know, we had a tough time in Iran—because war didn’t just happen out there. It changed everything. It changed how people slept, how they hoped, and how they said goodbye.
I’ve learned that the hardest part of war isn’t only what you see—it’s what it leaves behind. Fear becomes normal. Loss becomes a routine you never asked for. And even when the fighting stops for a moment, life doesn’t automatically start again the same way.
I’m speaking today not to glorify anything, and not to hate anyone. I’m speaking because people deserve the truth: war takes more than it gives. It destroys homes, families, and futures—especially for civilians who don’t choose it.
If I sound tired, it’s because I’m telling you what it really feels like. But I’m also telling you I survived, and I’m grateful. That survival comes with responsibility—so I want to use my voice to push for something better than repeating the same cycle.
And sadly besides the war , Many people died—not because they chose violence, but because they were denied their simple human rights. They deserved to live with safety, dignity, and basic freedom.
So my message is simple: be there for people. Take care of them. Help them when they are afraid, when they are grieving, and when they are trying to rebuild their lives.
That’s what I wanted to say—thank you for listening.

Thank you for sharing. Yes it's great that you shared this message with us.. I was talking just yesterday about war.. not regular war but the war of finding love that many face. Finding love is a battle all it's own.. I hope you recover from the war sooner than later.. ☺️🌲
