Sometimes we don't know what to say when people are hurting and losing hope. I think this song can help us share our inner beauty.

LYRICS:

You don’t see it when you look in the mirror

All the battles that you’ve already won

Every scar is a chapter you’re carrying

Every breath says you’re not done

You’ve been quiet, trying not to be noticed

Trying not to take up too much space

But the light you keep hiding inside you

Was never meant to go to waste

You think you’re just getting by

But someone’s watching you survive

And they’re learning how to rise

The world needs your story

It needs your voice, your truth, your fire

Someone out there needs your courage

Needs to see you aiming higher

There’s a heart that needs your love

There’s a soul that needs your hand

So don’t shrink back, don’t disappear

You were born to stand

The world needs your story

Exactly as you are

Every dream you’re scared to chase

Every bruise, every scar

There’s a stranger praying for a sign

That life can be more than pain

And they’ll see it in the way you keep going

In the way you rise again

There’s a friend who needs your laughter

Needs to know they’re not alone

There’s a future shaped by your decision

To finally step into your own

You don’t know whose life you change

Just by choosing not to break

Just by choosing to be brave

The world needs your story

It needs your strength, your point of view

Someone’s waiting for the moment

They see themselves in you

There’s a dream that needs your faith

There’s a path only you can stand

So lift your head, open your chest

This is your chance

The world needs your story

Not perfect, just real

Not polished, just honest

Not loud, just revealed

Go be bold when fear says hide

Go be loud when doubt gets loud

You don’t need permission

You don’t need approval now

Be the proof that broken things

Still can shine, still can grow

Be the reason someone else

Believes they’re not alone

You are not behind

You are not invisible

You are not too much

And you were never too little

The world needs your story

It needs to see you thrive

Needs to see you dreaming

Needs to see you alive

Someone needs your kindness

Someone needs your stand

Someone needs the courage

That you don’t know you have

So go for your dreams

Aim higher than before

Be yourself unapologetically

The world needs you — and more

Your story isn’t finished

It’s only just begun

And the best version of you

Is who the world’s been waiting on
