Why is it important to be a leader everyone can look up to? When you lead by example others naturally follow what you do. If you are hard working and reliable, you can inspire the other to do the same. It's a win win.
What are key challenges of being a leader? More responsibilities & success of mission or goals depends on you mostly. You are a drive to meeting these and making sure you guide everyone in the right direction.
Have you achieved goals or tasks recently that you are proud of as a leader? Yes. I hosted my first event in Relationshop Support room and the event was a success. I received lots of praise for being a great host and supporter.
What tips or suggestions would you give to fellow leaders? Learn and grow. Allow room for mistakes and always strive for improvement. Dont be afraid to ask for help if needed.

Being a great leader is to lead others but to be the person that takes all the ideas of the people and put them into an action plan.
