Questioning if am asexual
I'm currently in a relationship, we've been together for 4 years now. Everything was okay in terms of sex in the beginning but now when it happens I feel really uncomfortable.
Lately I have been thinking alot about it and been questioning if I am asexual or not
I love him and I don't know what to do. I'm still struggling with it and I don't know what his reaction would be if I told him how I feel about sex.
Am I asexual?

Hi,
Being uncomfortable during sex must feel awkward for you, especially if you are thinking about this question at the same time.
I don't know if you are asexual, and when you say it was okay in the beginning, it makes me wonder if there is something else that has changed on your relationship.
It is possible that not enjoying the sex is a side effect of something else.
I am wondering if you can still feel attraction to movie stars or celebrities who you may have previously had crushes on? I suppose what I am trying to figure out is whether this problem is particular to your husband, or whether it is sign of realising you are asexual.
Telling him would be very scary. I wonder if you could see a counsellor who knows about these things, to try and get some clarity before telling him. I know I would be very reluctant to tell my partner something like this unless I was certain.
I am afraid I have given you more questions than answers, but I hope these ideas help you a little on this journey of discovering who you are.
