Hi, I'm new! My name is Valeri and I am a bisexual female with the pronouns she/her. I'm here because my family and most people at my school are extremely homophobic, so I don't have much for support. I had a couple friends who I trusted leave me because of my sexuality, however I do still have a few that I'm out to and support me, so that I'm grateful for.

Hello Valeri, welcome! I hope you will be able to find the support and connections you are looking for here both in the forums and group chats. It can be hard having a family that is homophobic and knowing if we share ourselves with them it may cost us dearly, especially when we've already had friends who have done just that.
But again welcome, I hope you know and will feel that you are accepted here.
