do i tell her i like her

ok i want to preface this with the fact that this is wlw and i know she is also into girls. anyways i hung out with a girl at some parties the last few days and as time went on she got more and more touchy with me. i cant tell if thats her personality or if she was flirting with me. i would keep finding her hand touching my thigh and lower back and for some time when we were sitting in the hot tub together there were a lot of people but some left and even once there was more room she stayed right up next to me. if it is what i think it is this is the first time this had happened to me so im kind of clueless. the main issue is that i am leaving for college in 2 days. i dont know if i should tell her how much im into her or if its just not worth it. she is so genuine and kind (also pretty hot ngl) but we are similar and yet different at the same time and i honestly already miss her. idk what to do because even if she does like me can anything even happen between us?
