Closeted boyfriend
Hello- My boyfriend is bisexual and I’m his first boyfriend. We’ve been together 8 months and he’s just starting to come out. How can I best support him as he does this? I’ve asked him and he isn’t sure what he wants, so I figured I’d ask here. Thanks.
Merry meet c: it already sounds like you're doing the best to support him! It's best not to rush coming out especially if you're not sure when or how to do it, whenever hes ready he will know. And theres no right or wrong way to do it but if he genuinely needs help on the how, I'd suggest looking up coming out tips or talking with a therapist. Let him know that no matter how it goes you and anyone who truly loves him will be there to love and support him, not to mention he will be much more rewarded living his life truthfully and won't need to hide this part of himself anymore.
