Heart Break
Hi everyone,
I've joined this group for the first time, and this is also the first time I've posted something this personal because I feel very lost and don't know what to do anymore.Growing up in a very traditional and cultural environment, I never openly accepted myself as gay, let alone came out to anyone. Towards the end of last year, I unexpectedly fell in love with a guy I met through a random hookup. Even though we were never officially in a relationship, we spent time together for nearly four months, and those moments meant a lot to me.Then, without any explanation, he suddenly started ignoring me, and now we don't talk at all.I know I should move on and focus on getting my life back on track, but instead I find myself constantly thinking about him, stalking his social media, and trying to reach out to him. I know this isn't healthy, and honestly, it's getting worse. The pain seems to grow heavier every day. What I struggle to understand is why these feelings are becoming stronger instead of fading with time, especially when we were never actually in a committed relationship. I can't focus on work, my daily life, or anything else because this is always on my mind. Has anyone been through something similar? How did you cope and eventually move forward?
Thank you for reading.

Welcome to cups 🩵
Thank you for your honesty.
It's hard because you trusted him and you came out, which is a monumental thing to do.
That's why it's so difficult to let go
You experienced so much joy and excitement and let the restriction go.
I know it's hard but in order to heal you need to block, stay off his social media and busy yourself with something else!
You deserve to be happy as you are 💙
