I am 13 years old and I'm gay (I'm also gender-fluid) and everyone around me has either found a boyfriend or a girlfriend but there are barely any gay boys in my school. I don't know if it's because there are no gay boys in my school or if it's just because I'm ugly any advice?

@BeachMonkey1043 you're still young, it's hard to not have any people around but it does get better (i say from experience)

@BeachMonkey1043 as the person who first commented said you're still young! there is so much ahead of you! it's okay if you don't have a partner right now! There is no rush to these things and as annoying as this may be to hear (you'll hear this a lot as a teen believe me I know I did) it takes time. It really does get better! Once you break out of high school the world is much more than you will ever have thought!

I'd say take it one step at a time. Exploring your sexuality includes dating, but also a lot of other amazing things! Yes, you are 13, but the pressure to date is so insane during middle and high school that you feel left out or alone without it. This is easier said than done, but take your relationships how you want to! Take time for yourself and allow you to grow into the person you want to be and pursue what you find amazing and exciting! Dating is something that comes along when you least expect it, and if someone is just dating you for superficial things it won't last long, like looks or money.

Focus on what you can accomplish and grow as a person! Dating is something that we think we all need, but it may not always be the case :]
