More gay love needed
Hey people!
I got a question; I'm a young gay trans man and I've an older boyfriend. I only have eyes for him and I really care about him. It feels different from all relationships I had especially because he's the first one to make feel happy. So for me, it's love. Sure, we're both sick (I got psychosis and he has epilepsy) and it's tough sometimes but we're fighting together. He's a great guy with a kind heart and a great personality.
So my question is: how can I make sure that he feels extra loved and appreciated? Like I have little experience with relationships during the fact that I'm pretty young (but an adult) and I had sone problems with my mental health and being queer. I want to make him happy and he says I do but I feel like I need some advice from other.
It would be so cool if you could give me some tips.

It sounds like you have a really nice boyfriend :) I think it is really nice that you care about him so much! Every relationship is different and since I don't your boyfriend personally, I can't say for sure how to best support him. All I can say for sure is that communication is key to relationships. How would you feel about asking him directly how you can best support him?
@SnailPurple thanks for your answer! I actually asked him but he can be pretty mean (In a cute way) and told me to figure it out myself. I some times write little texts for him, he likes them. But I want to do others things as well and I don't know what XD

I'd like to say that showing love can be completely unique to each individual, some people prefer spending time with their partner, some prefer doing tasks for their partner, others may prefer gifts. It truly depends on what would make that specific person happy (and I have to admit it may be a little difficult to find out at times 😅) I applaud you for wanting to try so much, I'm sure he already appreciates how much you care.
But if you'd like to improve communication is a great way to do so (as another member replied) but as I saw his answer to that there can be more subtle ways of showing affection. A great idea I've found is taking a quiz like https://www.5lovelanguages.com/quizzes/ which is a love languages quiz as it asks questions to help whoevers taking it figure out their love style. I found that helps in expressing love 😍
Though arguably nothing shows loving someone more than just spending time and showing how much you care (as well as giving them space too!!)

We're communicating pretty well and openly about everything. It's really nice to talk to him. But I'll keep that in mind. And I try your advice, it sure looks like fun :D
