I've come out to my wife of 11 years that I love to crossdress and been doing it all my life,but now I feel ashamed and embarrassed she is very hurt and upset I love her so much and don't want to lose her. She says she is happy for me for telling her but she also needs time to adjust. I'm lost on what to do I wish I never tolled her cause then things would be better she wouldn't be hurt by me

@Mdietrich

I can understand your feelings as well as those of your wife. I dated a crossdresser and he took me by surprise when he informed me that he enjoyed wearing women's clothes. It took some time to process what this meant to me as well as to him. You may need to give your wife some time to examine this information so she can come to grips with the decision you have made. You have done nothing wrong; it is what you enjoy doing and as long as no one is hurt in this discussion then hopefully you both will be able to come to a mutual understanding of what and how it impacts both your lives. I wish you both nothing but the best. Sending you both sunbeams and bright moonbeams.
