Gender dysphoria

In the past year I've come to terms with the fact that I am non binary and go by she/her and they/them pronouns but I really wasn't prepared for the amount of gender dysphoria that I've been getting and how frequently I've been getting it because it's really draining... I've only officially come out to 2 people in this past year because I dont think that my family and other friends will understand or fully support me. I just feel so lost with it all because I dont know how to deal with it and I just feel really invalid because I'm very femme presenting even when I feel they/them which realistically i think is okay but at the same time I feel like I'm baiting myself or something idk I jusy need some support really.
