I'm transmasculine (he/him) and my parents don't supportt and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips of how to transition discreetly or purchase or make a binder thanks in advance

I'm not sure if this will help much buut
I've found wearing more baggy pants makes a difference! As long as your parents are fine with that as well too
If you also have a mall around your area or some kinda of shopping place that sells binders, you could say you're going to hang out with people you know and secretly buy one there! (Or you could maybe make up an excuse as to why you need one!)
