i have alot of dysphoria as im non binary trans masc, I need an easier way of explaining it to the ppl I care about so they'll understand a bit more

Hi I just want to say that your feelings are your feelings. If someone else feels differently, it does not mean that they are wrong and you are right, or vice versat.
I know, I just need a better way of explaining them to the people I care about so they know how I feel and how I identify. People are entitled to their opinions and I'm not going force an opinion them but I need to be able to explain myself
