My parents won't use my preferred pronouns. What should I do?

i've asked them to use they/them pronouns for me, and they keep saying no. They also get annoyed at me if I ask other people to use my preferred pronouns, or if someone refers to me as they/them. How do I tell them how much this hurts me and ask them to use they/them for me?
