Need advive on dealing with gender disphoria and transphobic parents

I'm trans FTN I have very bad chest disphoria and I don't really know how to deal with it my parents are transphobic so I can't get a binder and I need some advice. Also I need some advice on dealing with transphobic parents.

A well fitting sports bra would be the best recommendation. It's something your parents shouldn't mind but can still flatten your chest lightly though not completely. Other things I'd say would be if you have accepting friends, keep a binder at their house to wear whenever you stay so you can have one and get around your parents.

Just please be aware that binders and sports bras that are too tight and worn too long can cause damage to your body so please be safe and take the proper precautions when wearing them.
