Question about trans people

Something crossed my mind the other day, Don't get mad at me, please.
So if you are born a guy, but then you transition to a girl, but then you switch back to a guy. Are you still trans or does that not count?

From my knowledge, that person would be detransitioned, and would be considered cis (not 100% sure but i think that’s right).
