Trans-teenagers in Russia.
You can call me Del. I'm live in Russia all my life, and how we know is so homophobic country. I'm only 15, I was born like a woman, but I feel like a man.

Del,
I can understand how it could be challenging to live in a country that may be homophobic if you feel like you are trans. These are dangerous times we are living in. I'm glad that you found 7 Cups and I hope you are safe over there. ✌️

Balancing the need to be safe with the need to be who you are can be an immense struggle even in societies that are more tolerant, accepting and understanding. What are some ways you try to find that balance for yourself in your present circumstance?
I understand. I have heard about how LGBTQ people are treated over there and I sympathize as well as empathize with you on this. Just know you're likely not alone and you'll be okay.
I'm 15 too and transgender as well, so just always remember to keep your head up and know that you belong, no matter what anyone says. Remind yourself that you are always loved, even if it doesn't feel like it in your environment, and that someone in the world will understand you always. 🫂
You will always matter! <3
