gender dysphoria

for some background i'm a trans guy growing up in a very religious family. im out kinda.. to my VERY close friends and on here some of my family knows but not everyone. i do wear my pride pins on my bag because i'd rather be asked then hide it because it hurts too  much for me 

continuing on that part 

i don't bind (yet) because of how small i am for my age (16 and possibly under weight idk) but when i go to the doctor for my yearly check up (i don't know when) but when i do i'll ask her about it because i know how to be safe when wearing them and how to clean them as well i do feel that it would help somewhat with my dysphoria i know it won't crue it but it might help 

tbh idk what really to do 99% of the time on this so any advice?
