i can't stop feeling that im stuck in this body, im truly exhausted. i'm a minor afab, non-binary person. i can't even take of my clothes while shower, i can't even look at my own reflection, i can't even stand being in this body. and im all alone. i have a few friends that supports me, and im truly glad to have them in my life. but i keep getting worse and worse everyday and i just feel like nothing's going to change.

I am not the best at giving advice, so if anyone thinks they can give better, then go ahead.

That aside, I have lots of experience hating myself. Most people just say stuff like, “live yourself”, but for me I think the first step is to “tolerate yourself”. What I mean by that is that you have to admit (like I eventually did) that you are who you are and you cannot change that. Just because you might not like your body, doesn’t mean you can change it. For most things in life, you don’t have control. Therefore, an appropriate response is apathy. Instead of hating yourself, just think “I don’t like my body, but it’s the only one I get, so I will give life my best shot”.

On the subject of feeling alone, you aren’t technically. However, since it is impossible to view the world through anyone else’s perspective, I get that it appears that no one can exactly feel what you feel. That’s just part of being an individual.

So if I helped in any way or you need someone to talk to don’t feel bothered to reach out.
