What would be the best way to come out as gay to my single mother and sister with out them kicking me out of the house

Maybe ask the question 'are there any prerequisites to me living here?' 'like is there anything I would do that you'd consider me going to far and where you wouldn't be happy with me living here anymore?' 'I'm asking because I want to be clear on boundaries and what's acceptable to you and what's not as I get older and start to plan my life'
