Confused & Lonely (18+)
Ive been confused with my gender identity for a while. Past couple of years Ive repeated the same cycle of ignoring it, becoming hyperfeminine, questioning, fixating and then back to ignoring again.
now, i find myself back in that fixating stage but this time it is incredibly hard to get out of. … i came to this app looking for some help of advice or even an info dump; but ive faced so much homophobia or people saying they are experienced lgtbq+ listeners, yet explaining they only put that tag so they dont come across as homophobic. I feel like i cant comfortably connect with a listener anymore here.
I guess; im making this if anyone would have the time to chat or assist. Or even just friendly discourse. :/ its… idk just lonely rn

I've had to report homophobic listeners on this site before. Try not to take it too personally, listeners are volunteers, and thier individual ideology is a reflection of the homophobic values that are rewarded in society today. Especially hate towards trans folks.
I would suggest being epically brutal if matching with a random listener. Ask screening questions, about thier views on trans rights, abortion ect. Whatever has meaning to you right away, and disconnect quickly if you get a bad vibe.
I don’t use this site much anymore. But if you wanted to chat for a bit I do have a listener account, and could be available.
Feel free to message me if you would like! And i def ask screening questions, but its came to a point where that in itself is ineffective sometimes. Ik not to take it personally, however the lack of connection has made it hard.
