Hello all. First of all I’m 44 male. Lately I have been having dreams and thoughts of being with another guy, and being with a trans. It’s very confusing. Should I act on it? Is it just because I have always been with a women and this is normal?

@Whovian1012    I have no idea whether it is normal but I have been having those thoughts for a long time.  I have never acted on it but lately I feel I should.  It is kind of complicated for me to try though because I am married.  I'm at some kind of crossroads in my life - that's the way it feels.

@Whovian1012

I understand where you’re coming from. I’m 41 and recently I started fantasizing about having sex with men. what it would be like. I feel like my body and mind is betraying me.  it’s very confusing, because I thought at this point in life I would know for certainty who I am, but now I am questioning myself. part of me wants to pursue my fantasies, but at the same time I am reluctant because I’m filled with guilt.

Hey,

reading through your posts I get that it may be confusing,

at the same time, asking in a lgbtq+ community whether it's weird to dream about men / trans people... I see nothing wrong about that, and I suppose you won't get a different answer here.

Would you think about it differently if it were women? How?

Also, I'm not suggesting whether you should or should not act on anything. It's okay not to; there are dreams that are just dreams and it's ought to stay that way (and better for everyone). But if there are no other dilemmas than the gender, I see nothing wrong with it.
