Does Hormone Therapy Works ?
I'm a cisgender woman but my facial gender is the opposite. Everybody gets confused or thinks that I'm a boy and this comes from everybody who saw me including friends and family. A few have been kind enough to not to laugh at me or mock me.
I totally got a boy's feature on my face. Will HRT help me ?

I can't say for sure, but I've heard HRT changes fat distribution if you're trans. It may be a good idea to get in contact with your GP or an endocrinologist/gynecologist/whichever doctor manages hormones - just to ensure that trying this would not cause other problems like having too much estrogen.
I dont know if it would be considered HRT depending on what you would need but it may help to ask the doc about adding more estrogen. it would probably be helpful to talk with one that is more experinced with trans indivduals though where you are wanting that change in appearance.
As a very androgenous AFAB indivdual I can relate a bit.
