How do I find someone to talk to about all this? Confused.
I was born male and still am but I've been so confused lately. This has happened to me in the past but I've never had anyone to talk to about it. How do I find someone to talk to? I know this is a community forum. But I just want something private. Someone who I can talk to regularly and share what's on my mind.

from what you wrote it is difficult to assess what kind of talk you're expecting, it could range from having a good friend to seeking a therapist.
In the latter case, it could be a good idea to do some quick search. Several non-profits in different countries provide a free online support.
Regarding 7cups itself, can't comment on the paid service. I believe some listeners are still providing a "long term support" format. But also make sure if listening is something that fits your expectations.
