sorry, I am not sure about any resources, but if you like reading comics you should definitely read Boy Meets Maria! It's a manga, you can find it on Weebcentral for free. I just really like how it expresses the fluidity of gender and how it is a spectrum, it's portrayed in a really beautiful way.
