@independentBeach3656 For me, I realized that I liked men after talking to a gay man and discovering myself, especially in college.  I hadn't had a lot of exposure to LGBT individuals.  Also, my family was conservative and Christian, so I had to realize it the challenging way.  I realized that, when dating women, I wasn't really interested or into it.  Even when dating a girl, I found men to be attractive.  I tried to resist it, and tried not to be.  I realized that it was who I was.  It had been that way for a long time, but I was in denial until my late teens.  Even in my 20s, I tried to be straight, but that's not how it works, based on my experience.  I know the self-discovery may be challenging.  While I know it's hard, in my opinion, if a guy finds men attractive, especially after they have questioned, or likes men, they probably would be into guys.  I think it's something though that everyone should figure out.  In my opinion, I think it's how a person is.  That being said, I believe there are some people who are bisexual.  I thought I was one of those; however, I realized that I am not really attracted to women in that kind of way.  I should have known from being really young.  In my era, I loved Beyonce, Brittney Spears, Spice Girls.  Again, I found that I pushed it down and was in denial for a long time.  I know it's a tough process.  Also, even after coming out, it's still been hard.  However, I know I need to be genuinely who I am.  For me, I also tried to deny it, because of what religion told me.  However, in my opinion, pushing it down and hiding it is worse than being who you are.
