A little about my life as an LGBT member
I don't know why, but I never experienced problems with being a member of the LGBT community, even though I grew up in a homophobic country. Probably, that's because I like both boys and girls and I'm capable of fitting in this society. Although, even if I liked girls only, I don't think I would care much about not being able to marry my lover in our country, or not being accepted by my parents, since... Well... They hate anyway. Despite me being gay, straight or bi.
@limeOcean5805 thank you for sharing this with us. i am glad you didn't experience too many issues as part of the lgbtq community in your country <3 but its sad that the reason why is because you are attracted to both girls and boys, which 'fits the norm' of this society :(
Why is it sad?
@limeOcean5805 because society counts you as a "normal" person (as they think only people who are attracted to the opposite gender/sex are considered normal human beings, although that is completely incorrect) just because you are able to fit to their "standards"
