You'd also probably have to be more specific, that could mean a lot of things. Paying bills? Write out a budget, setup automatic payments or set yourself reminders. Making food? Groceries are cheaper than takeout but also take more time. There's plenty of blogs online for recipes or even youtube. Setting appointments? Just call...the people on the phone know what they're supposed to ask you, and if you don't know what to do just ask. It's literally their job to help. Job searching? Write good cover letters and resume, have someone else look them over, and don't concern yourself with rejection. Working? Just...go to work, ask when you need help, and don't put it above all else in your life. Etc.... there's so many things this could mean, you'd likely get more accurate responses by asking about something specific

@shlwlve I relate to this and am struggling with it a lot as well. I recently started a meal subscription Hungryroot which has helped me a lot with cooking for someone with very limited skills.
